Why? It’s been way too long since I last saw Holy Fuck play live, so I am very happy to fix that as they bring their new album Event Beat to The Pearl tonight!

Who? Royal Wood, with Fortunate Ones
Where? St James Community Square
When? Sunday May 10th
Why? If you like to swoon over crooning, this is the show for you. Royal Wood’s “Have A Heart” tour comes to Vancouver with Fortunate Ones opening up!

Why? Arkells are wrapping up their city takeover with a couple more intimate shows, at the Hollywood Theatre tonight and the Commodore tomorrow!

Who? Holy Fuck
Where? Fortune Sound Club
When? Tuesday, May 31
Why? What’s worse than a rescheduled show? A show that’s been rescheduled to a day you can’t make. But if you’re not coming to see Christine and me hosting trivia on Tuesday, you should absolutely go see Holy Fuck.

Who? Shane Koyczan
Where? The Hollywood Theatre
When? May 29, 30 AND 31st
Why? After the first two shows sold out, they added a THIRD night for Shane at the Hollywood Theatre. If you haven’t seen him perform live before, it’s powerful work, and definitely why 3 nights were necessary.
