Also caught part of the CBC Green Tracks finale at the Media Club, specifically Hey Ocean!'s set, which was nice as they haven't played a full band set in about a year! Chersea also rocked Fortune Sound Club for the third Peak Performance Project showcase of the year.

I went on a wee bit of a vacation the last few weeks and missed some amazing shows, but this fall is gearing up to be a GREAT one with a very full calendar.

Upon my return I had the honour of working for the Michael J Fox Foundation for the day, and it just so happens that it included a show by Vancouver's Bend Sinister at the Vancouver Lookout at the Harbour Centre.
